Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your delivery address. For an accurate quote, add your items to the shopping cart and use the ‘Calculate Shipping’ tool by entering your postcode or suburb. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you proceed to payment. All prices are in Australian Dollars and freight costs are payable in addition to the product price.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer competitive flat rate shipping on orders over $124 to most locations in Australia. Please note that flat rate shipping is not available for deliveries to the Northern Territory (NT).
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all metro and regional locations within Australia, including Tasmania. At this time, we do not deliver internationally. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers; a street address is required for delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard orders are typically delivered within 2–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Express Shipping is available for orders over $124, with delivery in 3–5 business days for metro areas and 5–7 business days for regional locations.

Delivery times may be affected by stock availability and public holidays. During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter), please allow additional time for delivery.

Couriers operate Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, and do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Instructions
During checkout, you may provide special delivery instructions. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, not all can be guaranteed.
Receiving Your Delivery
If you are not home when your order is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions for arranging a re-delivery. Couriers will attempt delivery twice. If re-delivery cannot be arranged, your order may be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange another delivery (additional charges may apply) or provide a refund minus any incurred delivery costs.
