Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Payment details are stored securely and you are charged for each delivery unless paid in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase items that are out of stock or soon-to-be-available. You may be charged a deposit or the full amount at checkout, with the remaining payment collected when the item is ready to ship.

You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and receive a refund for any payment made. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund in accordance with our returns policy1.

If you wish to cancel a recently placed order (including non-subscription and non-pre-order items), please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already been processed or shipped2.

This policy does not cover OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) items, as these are not currently specified or offered on our website. If such items are introduced in the future, relevant cancellation terms will be added.
